Return Policy
At The Furry Fig, we take great pride in creating high-quality, personalized pet-themed products. Please review our return and exchange policy below:
1. Custom Orders
Due to the personalized nature of our custom products, all custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for return. This includes any items that are made to order, customized with names, breeds, or special designs. Please carefully review your order details before completing your purchase.
2. Exchanges on Non-Custom Items
If you need to exchange a non-custom item, you may do so within 24 hours of placing your order, provided the order has not yet entered production. To request an exchange, please contact us by phone at (480) 447-9389 or email at michelle@furryfig, as soon as possible. Once the production process begins, we cannot make changes or process exchanges for that order.
3. Return Shipping
If your exchange is approved, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned in its original, unused condition. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value, which will be deducted from the exchange amount.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with a description and photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
